SHIPPING POLICY
All items sold on Shop Zari are shipped directly from the individual seller to the buyer. Shop Zari does not hold, warehouse, or ship inventory itself.
Processing time
Sellers are expected to ship purchased items within 3 business days of an order being placed, unless otherwise noted on the listing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available, once your item has shipped.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the buyer. Shipping rates may vary based on the seller's location, the size and weight of the item, and your delivery address.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times depend on the seller's location and the shipping method selected and are not guaranteed. Shop Zari is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect address information provided by the buyer, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at azrabhimani@gmail.com so we can look into it with the seller and the shipping carrier.
International shipping
At this time, Shop Zari primarily supports shipping within the United States. If international shipping is offered on a specific listing, additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
